Kelley Steven-Waiss

Kelley Steven-Waiss is a technology and business leader with more than 25 years of executive management and consulting experience in human resources, change management and corporate communications. She is the CEO and Founder of Hitch, a cloud-based SaaS talent mobility solution, which uses machine learning and Artificial Intelligence to match project-based opportunities to internal employee skill profiles. Prior, Kelley was Chief Innovation Officer (CINO) and Chief Human Resources Officer, for HERE Technologies. She is the co-author of The Inside Gig: How Sharing Untapped Talent Across Boundaries Unleashes Organizational Capacity, a new book that will help companies unlock the hidden skills within their organizations to maximize their talent, increase agility and thrive. She serves on the Board of Directors of FormFactor, Inc. (NASDAQ: FORM) and as Chair of the Advisory Board for the Silicon Valley Education Foundation.
