Georg Fürlinger

Georg Fuerlinger is Head of the Austrian Trade Commission Office in San Francisco, Austria’s Trade Promotion and Innovation Agency, and Co-Director of Open Austria in Silicon Valley. He supports Austrian companies and organizations with their US market entry strategy as well as with technology, partner and investor scouting. Georg Fuerlinger co-authored the book “Beyond Silicon Valley” and publishes and presents in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems. He is currently writing his PhD thesis on The Impact of Human & Social Capital on University Startup Performance.
