Miroslav Holan’s background is mechanical engineer. He graduated at the Czech Technical University in Prague with major in enterprise management and economics. Following graduation, he worked over 9 years for EY, where he worked on advisory projects focusing on CFO/CEO agendas of large and medium enterprises with focus on strategy, valuations, financial and commercial due diligence or financial restructuring. At Škoda Auto, Mr. Holan has been responsible for running a team for the last four years that supports the CFO and the finance leadership in determining the strategic direction for Škoda finance.
